In this group project, each member was given the shell of a building and was instructed to design a floor. My group was assigned the app Poshmark as our headquarters, located in Tokyo, Japan. The specific building we were given has an atrium that stretches all four floors. While I was given the first floor to design, all of the members of our group were to design the atrium together. Our goal for the overall design was to draw elements of Japanese culture into a modern and comfortable work environment.
